In a Cause Called "Glorious" Op.885 in 2000
This tune that decorates opening starts from the melody like the trumpet fanfare.
Afterwards, the subject by the woodwind and the brass instrument appears. Then, the scene gives the tempo by the change tune and advances. The subject of the first trumpet with the horn is played this subject's being repeated many times and it will return to the subject again before long. The rhythm by the percussion instrument group is presented in the middle part, and various ensembles are unfolded. The horn beautifully plays when entering the coda, an opening subject with trombone & euphonium is performed, and the tune is finished off by hitting the tympani and the bass drum repeatedly. There is power in this tune like listening to film music. It might be considerably difficult in the difficulty. It is a tune on 25 seconds of about five minutes.

In a Service Beyond Self Op.886 in 2000
This tune dedicated to an American air force starts from quiet solo of the snare. Before long..the..rhythm..brass winds..melody..play.It is enshrouded to a terrible, quiet atmosphere. On the way, the melody that appears in "In a Cause Called"Glorious"" comes out. ..terrible.. ..nice... however not gay it. The tune changes radically, and the tune improves the tempo by the tympani and the bass.
The climax ends after it starts, and the high pitched sound of the horn is asked after the percussion instrument solo. It is a tune of about six minutes.

Him Op.896 in 2001
The 19th work of "Musical Haiku" collected before "STORMJOURNEYS" is this tune. The melody is very wonderful though the tune of this series might be not a little satisfactory for the person who has listened to the music of gay Do of current Melillo overall with quiet felling of tune. Now in case of being ..Ki... This series will enter the highest masterpiece by room because Melillo is a person who is skillful in a gentle theme, too. The tune is encouraged in the woodwind valuing. This tune is a tune of healing for which the melody of gentle Melillo is used in abundance. It is a tune on 30 seconds of about four minutes.

Voice for Bassoon & Percussion Op.891 in 2001
The tune that should be called bassoon (bassoon) concerto that Melillo wrote is this. This tune is being written by organizing only the bassoon and the percussion instrument. Thus, it doesn't appear excluding these musical instruments. Durian Cuke (woman) takes charge of the bassoon. Anyway, this person's performance is wonderful. Melillo is difficult, and the written melody is blown by room and digested. This tune might not be able to be performed if there is no good bassoon player to correspond. On the way, the subject with the bassoon that is is asked. This subject appears in the following tune. Therefore, the same melody comes out in this tune and the following tune. It is a tune of about seven minutes.

KOLDOON Op.890 in 2000
"KOLDOON" that gives the title seems to be a name of the conductor in Russia. It is a tune dedicated by the conductor. However, Kyoctotono : very much like Russia. The start of the tune starts from the chime that causes the feeling that rings in the dark. The tempo improves back, and the horn resounds on the chorus with the synthesizer. And, it appears on the rhythm as which the melody that has come out in the tune of the bassoon ahead is the same. This part is the march style. It becomes the atmosphere of the dark, and an opening melody is reproduced, and moreover, the woodwind plays the melody that the chorus played, and the horn gets on on that again. The tempo raises and runs fast at the end. It is a tune on 20 seconds of about five minutes. This tune is my favorite.

FINEST HOUR Op.893 in 2001
Well, a happy tune starts. This tune of the name said, "Wonderful time" starts from a quiet tone of the pipe organ. A quiet intro is sung for about two minutes, and the fanfare of the snare of the roll and the trumpet is heard suddenly. Next, the asked melody is a thing that Melillo arranged the tune of "Ship's Song". It is succeeded from the wooden pipe to the brass instrument. On the way, this is a phrase in the first movement of "ERICH" collected to Chapter1 though a familiar passage flows. The theme of "American Knights" starts very much after it is repeated. The melody of "KOLDOON" with the woodwind is blown while this theme is being performed by the bass. The reproduction part of the first theme appears in the meantime, and the tune is finished gaily so. It is wonderful music into which it makes to the short piece and various melodies are packed. It is a tune of about six minutes.

Once More Unto the Breach Op.888 in 2000
The title "Once More Unto the Breach" is composed and this work put up is composed of three movements. Especially, is the place in which it should be anxious in this tune a place where the soprano saxophone is Fecharinged?Musical instruments of all movement expert are taken an active part. The first movement is a movement that uses the discord. The phrase of a suddenly dark brass instrument jumps into it when thinking the quiet start. The solo of the soprano saxophone appears while repeating it. I think that it requires a considerable technique. And, there is not a leave from which it takes a rest after a dark expression is done again and either the first movement ends. The melody is also a little sad somewhere because an opposite ..the second movement.. movement, and there is beauty during the.. sadness. The soprano saxophone plays the melody again. The third movement starts suddenly from the theme of "Time to take back the Knights". This theme is also the same as the pattern used by "Finest Hour" ahead. It develops quite the same and the woodwind fast, new melody is asked. The theme of the first movement and the second movement is reproduced again when it ends, the soprano saxophone also gets on there, and it runs fast in last. This two seeming is not a series of "American Knights" series though the theme of "Time to take back the Knights" is used respectively for this tune and "Finest Hour". It is a tune of about 12 minutes.

The Universe Below Op.897 in 2001
This work named "The Universe Belowr" is does space, and is mysterious according to the title ・・・ It is tune that feeling does. Something will happen at the beginning calmly in the future, and Cacoki of no wind is drifted. After it enters middle, showing the upsurge :. The brass instrument gets on the rhythm of the percussion instrument. The horn also bravely sings the melody out in a loud voice. After it continues for a while, a mysterious theme with the wooden pipe is presented. The horn joins there, too and this theme is sung out in a loud voice. The rhythm of the percussion instrument and the brass instrument enters like breaking this silence, and it faces the climax again. It is a tune on 30 seconds of about seven minutes.

a WALK on the WATER Op.896 in 2001
The singing voice of Erene Harbars (Mezorsoprano) is heard at the beginning. The harp and the keyboard increase after the solo, and it works, the oboe and the bassoon play the melody with the singing voice, and musical instruments also increase the accompaniment little by little. The roll of the tympani enters after it is repeated, and the subject by the brass instrument is presented. The tempo goes up here. Afterwards, after the accompaniment of a high hat cymbals and various percussion instrument groups, various musical instruments get on. The subject of the brass instrument ahead is reproduced again when it ends and the singing voice is heard. Then, the subject of an opening mezzo-soprano and the comparison with the horn start. Its application is continuously performed with various musical instruments, and it faces the coda. As for the coda, the application of an opening subject is expressed in magnificence or more. It will increase tempo before long, the roll of the tympani enters, and ..shooting.. ..tune.. ..one.. by play in concert all ends. This tune that is the title of this album is a work that exactly expressed the image "a Walk on the Water" well. It is Omagari of about 11 minutes.

After the STORM Op.875 in 1999
This work was composed in 1976, and was newly reborn in 1999 with the chorus. Whole volume expert and the chorus force perform the subject. The chorus sings lyrics that Melillo wrote out in a loud voice, and other musical instruments turn to the accompaniment completely. On the way, the melody of the third movement of "STORMWORKS" that appears in Chapter1 is heard. It is a tune that suitably to the decoration of last and is very wonderful. It is a tune of about seven minutes.
